ABOUT OUR SHOWS

Reaper Interactive Productions is a dinner theater like no other. Our fully interactive shows allow you to be a part of the action and really enjoy the story. In other words, you aren't stuck at a table with a plate of food. You'll be in the show, walking around interviewing actors and participants, ordering your favorite mocktails at the bar, or solving puzzles to get more clues. There is no shortage of things to do at this dinner theater!

THE SUN CITY SCANDAL

You’re joining us for the founders day celebration of Sun City, a small but successful mining town in Arizona. Upon your arrival you notice the whole town seems to be excitedly participating in this extravagant gathering!

As you walk around enjoying the food and festivities, you notice something odd about the town’s people. Although they are all quite friendly, there is also something secretive about them. Suddenly, you hear a commotion, then screaming. You rush over to find a gruesome scene... murder in the streets. Now you and everyone else in the town must solve this mystery and bring the culprit to justice.

All tickets include a complimentary photoshoot with our professional photographer and at least 1 free photo download. Extra downloads are available for purchase. You will also receive Sun City Nickels which can be used to purchase drinks and souvenirs.

Scandal players are given a character that plays a part in the story. Learn your script and feed intel to the other players to help them and yourself solve the mystery.

FAQs

  • Do I have to interact to solve the mystery?

    This is an interactive play that has elements of the puzzle that you must find by talking with the other players. The more you interact, the better chance you have of finding the mystery. Your level of involvement is completely up to you.

  • Is alcohol served at the event?

    No, while we offer some amazing mocktails, the decision to be a dry event is for safety and liability reasons.


    We also have to ask that you not bring any alcohol to the event with you.

  • Will I know the ending if I see the show a second time?

    No, the way we have written the story there are 8 possible endings.


     Also, each time you attend an event, the characters personalities will change, making the storyline unique and enjoyable, even if you have already experienced the same ending in an earlier showing.

  • How long is the show?

    Shows run about the same amount of time as the average movie in a theater, ranging from 2.5 - 3.5 hours. Time varies depending on the interaction level of the participants.

  • How many people can participate in a single game?

    The primary story line contains 36 participants and 5 professional actors. We can also accommodate up to 60 observers.

  • Do I need to book in advance?

    Yes, because you are part of the show, there is some preparation that you need to do for your event. The more time you give yourself, the better prepared you will be for your performance.
